Service Description

​​Online Consultations has been created to help you to achieve better and healthier skin, and so you never buy an unsuitable product again. ​ Before we meet online Once you have requested skin consultation online, you will be asked to send photographs of your skin; front of face and each side. Photographs should be clear and taken in natural light for a more accurate skin assessment. You will also be asked to complete an skin health questionnaire which will be emailed to you. What happens in a Online Consultation? I will spend a lot of time talking to you about your skin and your concerns. From the information we gather on the day, I will be able to build my own expert opinion and give you some clinical education or why the aesthetic imperfections may be occurring. Then I will be talking to you about skincare ingredients we should be looking for in order to target those symptoms that are happening underneath the skin. I will then show you the skincare I stock that contains those ingredients and then build a treatment plan. Either pay for consultation or spend £40+ on products on the day and the consultation is redeemable against products purchased.

Cancellation Policy

I require a courtesy notice of at least 24 hours to cancel or re-arrange an appointment. Notice needs to be given when the clinic is open otherwise a full charge is applied. Regarding late arrivals I will try to fit you in, however, your treatment will still finish at the original time and the full price will be charged.
